I’m just starting out on a journey to improve not only my diet, but that of my family. Weight loss of about 50 pounds is a goal and a welcome side effect, but in the end I would like to have made lifelong changes for all of us, and NEVER have to lose this same 50 pounds all over again. I have lots to say, too much sometimes, and I love reading blogs from people who have already been down this road for inspiration. Welcome to my little page.
