Tonight’s deliciousness

That’s a baked potato with salsa, sauteed cabbage (THANK YOU, tyedyechick0930, for the idea, this is YUMMY!), and sauteed green beans. All for 421 calories. And since we hiked for an hour today instead of just a half hour, I have MORE than enough calorie balance left over for every bite. Sadly, halfway thru and I’m almost full. What’s up with this? πŸ™‚ Running at 0830 tomorrow morning, rain or shine πŸ˜€
